Terms of Service

All Commissioners must read these Terms of Service prior to payment. These terms apply to ALL forms of commissions! Anyone found not following my ToS WILL be BLACKLISTED!

General Info

+ I have the right to refuse any commission with or without any reason

+ Any uploaded artwork of mine MUST contain my signature/watermark

+ I have the right to work on other personal artwork as a break from commissions at any time

Copyright/use

+ I have copyright ownership of any created artwork I make.

+ I have copyright ownership to ANY characters that I have personally made UNLESS you have purchased them as an adopt.

+ I have the right to use any artwork I make for promotion and advertising purposes

+ YOU are responsible for securing permission for copyrighted characters that you do not own.

+ YOU are allowed to upload/display/print my artwork for personal use as long as I am credited!

+ YOU are NOT allowed to freely draw my characters or post them anywhere UNLESS I have given you PERMISSION to do so.

+ YOU ARE PROHIBITED to use my artwork for financial gain.

+ YOU ARE PROHIBITED from using any of my artwork or characters AT ANY TIME as NFTs or in NFT-related process/material at any price.

Payments

+ All payments are in USD.

+ All payments will be done through paypal, cashapp or any other platform that we have made an agreement to

+ FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED UPFRONT

+ Payment plans are available ONLY if they are discussed with me AND you will only receive BASED on how much you paid for! Commissions will be upgraded ONLY AFTER you pay more for it.

Refunds

+ THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AT THIS TIME UNLESS ITS A TIME SENSITIVE COMMISSION OR YOU HAVE NOT RECIEVED A SKETCH WIP AFTER 5 MONTHS! Since this is my only source of income at this moment, I WILL NOT give refunds to anyone after payment is completed so make sure that ALL your bills are paid and that YOU ARE FINANCIALLY STABLE!

+ Time sensitive commissions (commissions with a deadline) MUST allow a minimum of 5 DAYS to complete the commission! I WILL NOT accept any commission that needs to be completed LESS THAN 5 DAYS. If I do not complete your request before the deadline, I will issue a refund BASED on how much needs to be completed.

Commission Requests

+ All commissions MUST be requested by sending a note or a DM to my Discord or Twitter

+ All commissions WILL receive a commission form(IF ANY) to fill out.

+ All commission request must be clear, detailed, and specific as possible. Try not to ramble too much or else I will be confused.

+ All commission requests are REQUIRED to send visual references even if its just a pencil drawing with color.

+ If you don't have visual references to offer, I MAY ALLOW for you to message me to give a description of your character FOR A FEE depending on how descriptive you get. I prefer to avoid this situation as much as possible.

+ Couples/Groups
+ NSFW including BDSM and selective kinks
+ Rubber/Latex
+ Simple robots and prosthetics
+ Soft gore
+ Weapons and vehicles
+ Simple tattoos and body mods

What I Will Not Draw

+ Anything involving children
+ Realism
+ Feral NSFW
+ Complex mecha and designs
+ Complex backgrounds and buildings
+ Politics, racism, unnatural hard drugs, and hate crime
+ Beastiality, foot fetish, urine/feces, hyper obesity(blueberry fetish), diapers, farting fetish, prolapses, or incest
+ Custom drones/cyber/robots

IF IN DOUBT, MESSAGE ME ABOUT WHAT IS ACCEPTABLE

Will Reject Services If...

+ You do not cooperate
+ Not paying upfront
+ You are impatient
+ Bribery
+ You ask for personal info or irl explict content from me
+ You are a minor or a zoophile
+ You have a bad reputation amongst the art community whether it be from stealing, pedophilia, or committing unacceptable social interactions with others.

WIP (Work in Progress) Approvals

+ The commissioner will receive WIPs of their commission for approval after Sketch, Lineart, and Coloring phases unless stated otherwise

+ The commissioner may request a maximum of 3 WIPs that are not given by me AFTER the sketch WIP has been shown.

+ YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME to rush the process of the commission UNLESS you have PAID EXTRA to speed up the process. I am not a robot and good art takes time but I WILL NOT take more than 5 months to finish on one commission piece.

Alternate versions, corrections, & changes

+ Character Corrections that are needed and addressed BEFORE the flat color approval are allowed for free BUT THEY MUST be something that I forgot from your references or something that you addressed before I started.

+ Alternate versions and/or changes of a commission will NOT be allowed after the flat coloring process is approved!

+ You may request another version, or changes for the commission FOR A SMALL FEE AFTER THE SKETCH IS APPROVED depending on how big or small the change is

+ Small addition changes( ex: mark, scars, small accessory addition, etc) or anything minor will be an additional $5 fee

+ Large changes, such as changing the clothing completely, huge genderbending changes, or pose changes will have an additional price range of $10 to half the commission price because it requires a massive rework of the entire piece.

+ Alternate versions of a commissions (such as wanting both sfw and nsfw or other simple clothing versions) would be a flat price of $10 for each version
